How long does my order take to ship?
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.
Will My order Have Tracking?
Yes, you will be notified of your tracking number once your items have been shipped.
Can I change my shipping details once I’ve place my order?
If you need to Change your details after you’ve placed your order please get in contact asap at admin@hayleyjames.com.au and let me know. Once an order has been shipped unfortunately there is nothing I can do to change any details.
Please check your shipping details carefully. Hayley james is not responsible for any orders being returned to sender. If your order is returned to us then you will be responsible for any extra postage cost to ship it again. If you do not wish to pay for postage again then your order will be refunded and only the cost of the products will be refunded, the original postage cost will not be refunded.
My Order hasn’t Arrived, what should I do?
I am so sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet, if you haven’t already please check your tracking number to see where your order is in the delivery process. If there is still an issue you can either, email admin@hayleyjames.com.au and I will do what I can to assist you or you can raise this issue direct with Australia Post.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, We offer International shipping to New Zealand, Canada and United States. Shipping rates are calculated at check out.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times can vary but please allow 2-6 weeks for your order to arrive. In some cases overseas deliveries can take up to 3 months due to unforeseen circumstances. Please get in contact at admin@hayleyjames.com.au if your order has taken more then 6 weeks so we can follow up with the shipping company.
Hayley james is not responsible for any extra duties, taxes or fees. These must be paid by the customer.
What is your return policy?
Change of mind returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
Please email admin@hayleyjames.com.au if you would like to make a change of mind return. Please note that if your change of mind return is accepted all goods must be in original condition with any tags still attached. Return postage is at the buyers expense.
What do I do if I received a Faulty Product?
I am so sorry you got a faulty item! Please get in contact with me at admin@hayleyjames.com.au so I can help resolve the issue.
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes! I now offer a free click and collect option at check out. Pick up is located in Pakenham 3810. Once your order is ready to be collected I will email you on the email address provided to arrange a collection time and provide the collection address.
Collection must be made within 7 business days. Collection times are available between 9am - 4pm weekdays.
Weekend pick up may be available upon request.
Please note that ID or your confirmation order will need to be presented upon collection to ensure your order is provided to you. If you need to change the person collecting your order please email me at admin@hayleyjames.com.au
Your order will not be given to anyone who is not authorised to pick it up, does not have sufficient ID or the confirmation order.
If you do not show up to collect your order and no contact is made, your order may be cancelled and any money paid will be refunded to you.
